Co-Worx

The contemporary Co Worx workspace offers fifty-eight hot desks for remote hybrid and freelance professionals, as well as private office spaces that are available for use on a rental basis. Facilities include a coffee station, an open plan pause area, and printing and photocopying facilities. Office Pods are available for meetings and phone calls.

@Sandton Residents can be assured that their activities and work commitments will have seamless delivery. The Acsiopolis building which houses the CoWorx space is connected to back up generators should there be a power outage. In addition, adequate provision is made for more than 2.5 days’ uninterrupted supply of water to mitigate any service interruptions.  Uninterrupted high-speed WIFI makes for flawless connectivity and virtual and in-person meetings can be accommodated in the boardrooms on offer.

@Sandton Kids

For childcare support during the week, the @Sandton Kids facility is slated to open in early May and is available for all residents. The creche follows a three-term school year and is open from 06h30 to 18h00, with half day and full day options available and meals included. @Sandton Kids boasts four fully equipped classrooms that cater to different age groups, as well as various play areas that cater to the different age groups.  Busy parents are ensured peace of mind that their children are well cared for in a safe and secure environment.

@Sandton Kids will accommodate children between the ages of 6 months to 4 years, and offers an early learning development curriculum, based on the Cambridge Educational System. During Holiday periods all ages under 16 are welcome to join in on a fun-filled holiday programme at affordable options – perfect for working parents.

Clubhouse

Incorporated within the second-floor space, the clubhouse is the ideal recreational spot and exclusive access to this carefully selected area has been made with @Sandton Apartment Residents in mind.  A picturesque pool allows residents access all year round with provision made specifically for children. A fully equipped play area is placed adjacent to the pool where parents can observe their children at play with their friends. A mini racetrack with bikes will provide endless fun for toddlers alike.

Child minding services can be secured, compliments of the onsite @ Sandton Kids facility and is available in the Clubhouse, allowing residents the freedom to enjoy themselves whilst their children are fully supervised with a trained team.
