A beautiful place to live
At @Sandton Apartments, we’ve pulled out all the stops to create homes that are not only modern and stylish, but also warm and inviting. We’ve designed apartments that are practical and make busy lives a little simpler, but also feel like a sanctuary from the hectic world outside.
Contemporary Feel
The first thing you’ll notice when you step into one of the apartments of @Sandton is how it makes the most of its incredible views over Sandton and the Northern Suburbs. Large windows stretch between the floor and ceiling, bringing in beautiful natural light and resulting in a happy, sunny space. In keeping with the building’s aesthetic, interiors have been kept simple and contemporary.
Warm wooden laminate has been used as flooring throughout the living and sleeping areas, with neutral tiles in the bathrooms that highlight sophisticated bathroom fittings and spacious showers. The kitchen is open plan with sleek cabinets and granite countertops, and mood lighting is used effectively throughout the rooms. For those who choose the furnished option, furniture is stylish and comfortable – imagine plush, deep sofas, wooden dining tables, and sleek Scandi-style sideboards.
Mod Cons
All apartments are air-conditioned, ideal for those warm summer days and cold winter nights. They also all come fully-equipped with top-of-the-range appliances that fit perfectly in the modern kitchens. Appliances include a fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer, a microwave and a stove (the studios have a two-plate stove while the remainder have full stoves). All bathrooms are en-suite with showers and baths, while the studio has a shower only. Residents of @Sandton Apartments also have complimentary access to WiFi, with packages available should they need a faster line, and apartments are VOIP- and DSTV-ready, with complimentary plug and play satellite channels available immediately.
Art around every Corner
The designers of @Sandton Apartments haven’t placed all their focus on apartment interiors though. Through a partnership with St Lorient Gallery in Pretoria, beautiful and thought-provoking contemporary artworks have been strategically placed throughout the communal spaces of the @Sandton Apartments building. Artists such as Andre Prinsloo, Manu Manjesh Lal and Andre Stead are highlighted throughout the building, with bold artworks that make a statement. As you enter the Acsiopolis building, walk through the lobby, visit a restaurant on the piazza or simply exit an elevator you’ll see these artworks featured prominently. It’s almost as though you’re living in a gallery yourself!
